Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship within the domestic United States.

How long does shipping take?

All in-stock items will ship within 24-72 business hours of order placement, usually faster! Our business hours are Monday - Friday.

We ship via USPS from Louisiana. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped! The postal service observes national holidays and can experience longer-than-usual delays in extremely busy holiday seasons.

When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment.

Please contact hello@livvylouandco.com to report any issues with your shipment. We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages that track as delivered; however, we will work with you to file a claim for replacement. 

Returns

How do I return an item?

We have a 7-day return policy on all online orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We provide store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of a digital gift card that never expires. We provide store credit only for returns.

Can I exchange for a different item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To start a return, please contact us at hello@livvylouandco.com
